Charlie Wybierala

Charlie is a designer, typographer, printer and half-Brit currently based in Montana.  He began attending classes at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia while in high school before diving in fully for his college years.

Nowadays you’ll find him designing for the Missoula Independent, an alt-weekly newspaper that explores the fringes of Western Montana. His contributions range from concepts, strategies and layout, to spot illustrations and cover art, with a focus on typographic systems. He subscribes to Vignelli philosophy, minimalism and the beauty of geometry.

In his spare time, Charlie likes to dabble with code, invent cocktails and cycle around town while boasting that he commutes all year.  He remains fairly unscathed from his childhood growing up in the UK, other than his lingering obsessions with etiquette, strange pronunciations with no discernible source and proper queues.

Holler for a quote, or just say hi.
